Since 1989 Dwayne has been providing individuals, businesses, farms, and indigenous organizations with guidance in the area of financial planning, and employee benefits.

Dwayne strongly believes in the old saying that knowledge is power. He believes that clients are directly rewarded as a result of working with a knowledgeable advisor. Dwayne continues to update his knowledge by participating yearly in industry related studies and continuous information correlation. These efforts have provided Dwayne with an extensive knowledge base within the financial world that continues to expand.

The industry has accredited him with numerous professional financial designations in recognition of his commitment.

Dwayne is a member of Advocis—The Financial Advisors Association of Canada and is a licensed Certified Financial Planner with the Financial Planners Standards Council. Both organizations are dedicated to ensuring Canadians financial planning needs are well served by developing, promoting, and enforcing professional standards of financial planning.

Dwayne’s uniquely personable approach assists people in realizing security and peace of mind. Through intuition and understanding, Dwayne is able to instinctively recognize barriers that can be converted into opportunities which enhance each individual’s definition of success.

Dwayne and Bev were married in 1989 and they have three children—Erin, Logan, and Alison. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors, playing music, reading, studying Eastern philosophy, practicing yoga, and traveling.

BEVERLY FEDORIUK, ACS, GBA

Employee Benefits Specialist

Bev has developed a career in the insurance and financial services industry in a variety of administrative capacities. In her many years of service, she has provided client service support, employee benefits analysis, served in a supervisor role, and managed the financial and administrative aspect of a volunteer organization.

She has dedicated numerous hours to volunteering in community groups, providing bookkeeping services, secretarial duties, serving as president, and a regional representative.

Bev’s role with Sageview is in the capacity of Employee Benefits Specialist. Bev possesses a vast knowledge of the products, as well as the mechanics at the root of an efficiently administered plan, and advocates with passion on behalf of our clients. She possesses an uncanny ability to scrutinize data and analyze information with a high degree of attention to detail; organization and management skills along with the ability to delegate and follow up. She also lends a degree of creativeness to processes.

Bev has earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, a recognized program in the field of employee benefits. The GBA is granted to individuals who strive to provide excellence in the administration of employer sponsored group life, health, and other group benefits. The course of studies required provides up-to-date and relevant information needed to effectively design, administer, and communicate employee benefits.

Along with her 35+ years in the industry, she currently holds the Associate, Customer Services (ACS) designation, which is issued through the Life Office Management Association. She holds a Saskatchewan Life & Accident and Sickness License.

Additionally, Bev manages the general, day-to-day activities. She is also responsible for the corporate financial administration and filing of government remittances and reports for our firm.

Next to spending time with her husband, Dwayne, Bev’s passion outside of the financial industry is personal growth; physically, mentally, and spiritually. She is a firm believer in balance in all areas of life—wealth, well-being, and wisdom.
